Michael Veegh, P.E., is the founder and principal engineer of CTE with over four decades of experience in bridge construction, structural engineering, and specialized construction methods. Licensed across multiple states and active internationally, he combines design expertise with hands-on field experience in advanced construction systems, post-tensioning, temporary work, heavy lifting and moving.

CTE was established in 1992 and formally incorporated in 1995 by its Founder and Principal Engineer, Michael Veegh, P.E. MBA.

With over four decades of specialized experience, we provide engineering support for complex bridge and infrastructure projects across North America and select international markets. Our involvement spans the construction phase, where practical solutions matter most. From post-tensioning and heavy lifting to launching systems, shoring, and custom construction methods, our work is rooted in both technical depth and field awareness. We combine design expertise with real-world jobsite understanding to help contractors execute demanding projects safely, efficiently, and with confidence.
